PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilized aqueous medicine composition that includes a compound having 4-trifluoromethyl phenol as a partial structure and can suppress hydrolysis reaction in an aqueous solution.SOLUTION: This aqueous medicine composition includes the compound having 4-trifluoromethyl phenol as the partial structure, and a surfactant and/or albumin. This composition can extremely improve the stability in the aqueous solution of derivatives having 4-trifluoromethyl phenol as the partial structure, and is useful when an injection or the like of these derivatives is developed.【課題】４－トリフルオロメチルフェノールを部分構造として有する化合物について、水溶液中での加水分解反応を抑制できる、安定化された水性医薬組成物の提供。【解決手段】４－トリフルオロメチルフェノールを部分構造として有する化合物と、界面活性剤および／またはアルブミンを含有する水性医薬組成物。４－トリフルオロメチルフェノールを部分構造にもつ誘導体の水溶液中での安定性を著しく向上させることができ、それら誘導体の注射剤等を開発する場合に有用である。【選択図】図１
