PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and reliable air cleaner with favorable handling characteristics.
SOLUTION: The air cleaner includes a purification filter unit passing air, a fan motor provided in a downstream side of the purification filter, a vaporization filter unit disposed between the purification filter unit and the fan motor and humidifying the air, a water supply tank supplying water to the vaporization filter unit, a dehumidification unit disposed between the purification filter unit and the fan motor and dehumidifying the air, and a control means. The dehumidification unit includes a heating member, and the control means changes to a mode of using the heating member from another mode not using the heating member via a temporary stop mode or a stop mode.
