The invention relates to a medical implantable lead of the kind being adapted to be implanted into a human or animal body for monitoring and/or controlling of an organ (11 ) inside the body. The lead comprising a fixation means (3) in a distal end, which is adapted to penetrate into the tissue of the organ to fixate the lead to the organ, and an electrode member (4) to receive and/or transmit electrical signals from or to the organ. The electrode member (4) is resiliency pre-strained towards the distal end of the lead and is provided with an electrode surface such that the electrode surface will resiliently abut towards the outer surface of the organ when the fixation means (3) is fixated to the tissue. The invention also relates to a method for connecting a medical implantable lead to an organ inside a human or animal body.La présente invention concerne une dérivation médicale implantable conçue pour être implantée dans le corps dun humain ou dun animal afin de surveiller et/ou de contrôler un organe (11) à l’intérieur du corps. La dérivation comprend un moyen de fixation (3) à une extrémité distale, conçu pour pénétrer dans le tissu de l’organe afin de fixer la dérivation à l’organe, et un élément délectrode (4) conçu pour recevoir et/ou transmettre les signaux électriques envoyés et reçus par l’organe. L’élément d’électrode (4) est précontraint élastiquement vers l’extrémité distale de la dérivation et est doté d’une surface d’électrode qui s’appuie élastiquement contre la surface externe de l’organe lorsque le moyen de fixation (3) est fixé au tissu. La présente invention concerne également un procédé pour raccorder une dérivation médicale implantable à un organe à l’intérieur du corps d’un humain ou d’un animal.
