A non-invasive detecting apparatus and an operating method thereof are disclosed. The non-invasive detecting apparatus includes an elastic base, a detecting module, and a data processing module. The detecting module is disposed on the elastic base. The data processing module analyzes and processes the detection information to generate a detection result.
