The present invention relates to a device for producing scorched rice. More specifically, the device has a molding frame plate for molding scorched rice, and a heating unit supplying heat to a pressing plate pressed corresponding to the molding frame plate. The device comprises: a body having a first heating unit formed in one inner top side to emit heat, having a control unit formed on the circumferential front surface to control the first control unit, having a hanging groove formed on one top side surface, and having a hinge hole formed in the other side thereof； a molding frame plate seated on and coupled with the first heating unit of the body, and having a scorched rice shape； a cover unit having a hinge axis formed in one side end to be rotated by being coupled with the hinge hole of the body, and having a second heating unit formed on an inner side coming in contact with the top of the body to emit heat； a pressing plate seated on and coupled with one side surface of the second heating unit of the cover unit, and closely placed and pressed on the molding frame plate； and a locking unit formed one top side surface of the cover unit to lock the device by being coupled with the hanging groove of the body.본 발명의 누룽지 제조장치에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 누룽지를 성형하는 성형틀판과 상기 성형틀판과 대등하여 가압하는 가압판에 열을 공급하는 가열부를 구비하여 누룽지의 성형이 용이한 누룽지 제조장치는 일측 상부 내측에는 열을 방출하는 제1가열부가 구비되고 외주 정면에는 상기 제1가열부를 제어하는 제어부가 설치되며 상부 일측면에는 걸림홈이 형성되고 타측에는 힌지공이 형성된 본체와 상기 본체의 제1가열부에 안착결합되어 누룽지 형상을 형성시키는 성형틀판과 상기 본체의 힌지공에 체결결합되어 회동하도록 일측단에 힌지축이 설치되고 상기 본체의 상부와 맞닿는 내측에는 열을 방출하는 제2가열부가 구비된 덮개부와 상기 덮개부의 제2가열부 일측면에 안착결합되어 상기 성형틀판에 밀착가압하는 가압판과 상기 덮개부의 상부 일측면에는 상기 본체의 걸림홈에 체결되어 잠금 역할을 하는 잠금부를 포함하여 이루어진 구조이다.
