The invention clones chicken natural immune gene MDA5 promoter, synthesizes duck RIG-I gene, successfully creates MDA5--RIG-I promoter by using transposon and chicken MDA5, and studies and analyzes the antiviral ability of PGC cells transformed with RIG-I gene. The method not only help to clarify that antiviral effect and mechanism of exogenous RIG-I gene in poultry PGC, but also lays a foundation for poultry disease-resistant breed.
