INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention has fluidity suitable for a detergent for skin or hair, has high temperature stability of viscosity, is excellent in foaming property and foam lasting property, and has a good feel (fresh feel) after use. It is an object to provide a cleaning composition. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a skin containing a component (A) which is an aqueous gelling agent represented by the following general formula (1) and a component (B) which is an anionic surfactant.
