Provided is a multi-sided stereoscopic photographing apparatus which is an integrated photographing/authentication device (200) for photographing a fingerprint and a finger vein, wherein the apparatus comprises an object receiving portion (201) composed of a scan panel upper case (201a) having a finger seating section formed vertically and a scan panel lower case (201b) accommodating an electronic device thereof. In the upper part of the scan panel upper case (201a), a scan panel (250) is installed to simultaneously photograph both a fingerprint and a finger vein. The scan panel (250) has a finger contact section for a fingerprint (250a) and a finger non-contact section for a finger vein (250b) which form a stage down from the front to the rear, wherein the finger non-contact section for a finger vein (250b) of the scan panel (250) has a groove wide wall (251) at the surrounding in order to make a groove formed in the lower part, into which an infrared ray light source portion (240) emitting an infrared ray can be mounted. A finger seating section (252) is formed parallel to the finger contact section for a fingerprint (250a) having a fingerprint authentication module (250aa) in order to enable a user to put a finger on the circumference of the upper end thereof.
