PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique regarding a microbial pesticide effective for bacterial disease generated in the seedling period of gramineous plant and also reduced in an environmental load.SOLUTION: Provided is a bacterial disease control agent for gramineous plant including a culture solution, a bacterial cell suspension or a supernatant liquid of a Habor spirillum Sp. 022S4-11 stump (accession number FERM P-22001). Also provided is a bacterial disease control method for gramineous plant having a control treatment step of sticking seed to the bacterial disease control agent upon germination hastening or seed soaking of gramineous plant. Also provided is a bacterial disease control method for gramineous plant where the bacterial disease control agent for gramineous plant including the 022S4-11 stump or the crushed matter thereof or the culture solution thereof or the supernatant liquid or the bacterial cell suspension is coated to the seed of the gramineous plant.
