In addition, the present invention also provides the application such as hemispherical drug microparticles through obtaining prepared by the preparation method.本發明係關於一種製備半球狀藥物微粒之方法，準備一含藥物之高分子溶液，將該溶液滴於基板上，藉由液珠與基板之界面現象，使液珠在基板上呈現半球形態，並經交聯或揮發等固化步驟，即可製得故態半球狀藥物微粒。本發明製備方法不僅步驟簡易、製備快速，且十分易於操作。此外，本發明亦提供經該製備方法所製備而得之半球狀藥物微粒等應用。
