PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support diagnosis of a user so as not disturb driving of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A diagnosis support device comprises: a heart beat measurement part 302 for measuring a heart beat of a user using a pulse wave sensor 301 a blood pressure measurement part 303 for measuring a blood pressure of a user using the pulse wave sensor 301 an abnormality determination part 305 for determining whether or not the measured heart beat or blood pressure is abnormal a stopping determination part 306 for determining whether or not a vehicle on which a user is riding is stopped and a presentation part 35 for performing inquiry based on a fact that it is determined that the heart beat or blood pressure is abnormal by the abnormality determination part 305.
