PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing powder toothpaste is provided to enhance disinfectious function in the oral cavity and to enable easy packaging. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing powder toothpaste comprises: a first step of mixing 1.1 wt% of fluorinated sodium fluoride, 1.0 wt% of taurine, 30 wt% of D-sorbitol, 8.0 wt% of sodium tartarate, and 12.0 wt% of calcium monohydrogen phosphate at 80-100°；C to prepare a first mixture； a step of mixing 1.7 wt% of aspartame, 1.3 wt% of sodium gluconate, 0.6 wt% of triclosan, and 1.0 wt% of benzoic acid at 80-100°；C to prepare a second mixture； a step of 10.2 wt% of citric acid, 0.6 wt% of amino carpronic acid, 1.5 wt% of xylitol, 5.0 wt% of menthol, and 3.0 wt% of powder perfume at 80-100°；C for prepare a third mixture； a step of mixing 1.0 wt% of sodium lauryl sulfate to prepare a fourth mixture； a step of 22 wt% of sodium hydrogen carbonate to the fourth mixture to prepare a fifth mixture； and a step of tableting the fifth mixture.본 발명은 분말치약 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 플루오르화나트륨 1.1중량%, 타우린 1.0중량%, D-솔비톨 30중량%, 주석산나트륨 8.0중량%, 인산일수소칼슘 12.0중량%로 혼합되는 제1혼합물에 아스파탐 1.7중량%, 글루콘산나트륨 1.3중량%, 트리클로산 0.6중량%, 안식향산 1.0중량%를 혼합한 제2혼합물을 혼합한 제3혼합물에 구연산 10.2중량%, 아미노카프론산 0.6중량%, 자일리톨 1.5중량%, L-멘톨 5.0중량%를 혼합하여 제4혼합물을 제조하여, 상기 제4혼합물에 발포제인 라우릴황산나트륨 1.0중량%를 혼합한 제5혼합물에 총중량에 대하여 탄산수소나트륨 22중량%를 혼합하여 단발타정기를 통해 내부에 공간을 가지는 분말입자를 제조하는 분말치약의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
