A method for the cryopreservation of biological material comprises a single step which consists in exposing the biological material to a vitrifying solution enriched with at least one cryoprotectant for less than 90 seconds, before cooling the biological material to a cryopreservation temperature.Méthode de cryopréservation de matériel biologique comprenant une étape unique d'exposition à une solution vitrifiante enrichie d'au moins un agent cryoprotecteur, pendant une durée inférieure à 90 sec préalablement au refroidissement à une température de cryopréservation du matériel biologique.
