PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical imaging apparatus and a projection apparatus which allow an observer to observe a sharply focused image.SOLUTION: An MRI apparatus 500 comprises: a gantry 301 comprising an inner wall and an outer wall a top plate 302 capable of entering the inside of the inner wall a light reflection part 30 movable in accordance with the top plate 302 and a first emitting part 10 which is provided separately from the gantry 301 and emits image light.
