PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented and steamed rice balls mixed with alcoholic drink is provided to use brown rice and makkoli(unrefined rice wine) to obtain the rice balls.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented and steamed rice balls comprises the following steps: mixing main ingredients and supplementary materials in a jar, and sealing the jar with a lid before aging at 15 deg. C for 5 hours steaming the aged mixture at 300 deg. C for 30 minutes cooling the obtained rice at 20 deg. C, and molding the rice into the rice balls. The main ingredients include 60g of brown rice(1) and 10g of makkoli(2).
