The present invention relates to the use of dedifferentiated plant cells obtained from Bougainvillea as the active ingredient in a cosmetic composition. It also relates to the cosmetic compositions for topical application comprising such cells, to a cosmetic, non-therapeutic skin treatment method implementing such a cosmetic composition, and to the non-therapeutic use of a cosmetic composition for topical application comprising such cells for skin care, in particular for improving the firmness of the skin, in particular by promoting the regeneration of the skin dermis and epidermis.La présente invention est relative l'utilisation de cellules végétales dédifférenciées et élicitées de Bougainvillier à titre d'ingrédient actif dans une composition cosmétique. Elle se rapporte également aux compositions cosmétiques à application topique comprenant de telles cellules, à un procédé cosmétique non thérapeutique de traitement de la peau mettant en œuvre une telle composition cosmétique, ainsi qu'à l'utilisation non thérapeutique d'une composition cosmétique à application topique comprenant de telles cellules pour le soin de la peau, en particulier pour améliorer la fermeté de la peau, notamment en favorisant la régénération du derme et de l'épiderme de la peau.
