A biological information measuring apparatus receives a time measurement instruction that is notified when a measurement time reaches a specified time or when an input unit is operated, and a predetermined part of a measurement subject is received. The time from the reception time of the measurement instruction received until the inflection point of oxygen saturation in blood appears until the inflection point of oxygen saturation appears is measured as the oxygen circulation time.
