PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption sheet base plate for surgical operation hardly causing a fold in a string member of an absorption sheet for surgical operation, and allowing the absorption sheet for surgical operation to be easily removed.SOLUTION: An absorption sheet base plate 1 for surgical operation holds an absorption sheet 2 for surgical operation including an absorption sheet body 3 and a string member 4. The base plate includes a base plate body 11 having a front part 16 and a back part. The base plate body 11 includes a sheet disposition part 17 located at the front part 16 to dispose the absorption sheet body 3. The front part 16 is provided with a plurality of string member support parts 18, 19 and 20 which the string member 4 is sequentially wrapped around.
