PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always maintain an aseptic working chamber at a desired grade even if an installation environment is not a highly controlled environment like a cell processing center (CPC).SOLUTION: An inlet part 36 of a first operation chamber 31 is opened to carry an article into the first operation chamber 31 from the outside, and then the inlet part 36 is closed. While the inside of the first operation chamber 31 is ventilated by first ventilating means, a closed state of a communication part 38 communicating the first operation chamber 31 with a second operation chamber 32 is maintained. Subsequently, after the communication part 38 is opened to move the article from the first operation chamber 31 to the second operation chamber 32, a closed state of an outlet part 40 is maintained during ventilation inside the second operation chamber 32 by second ventilating means.
