PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated bodily fluid component analyzing apparatus which punctures a living body with a needle for sampling bodily fluid, the apparatus allowing the bodily fluid to reliably drain out from the puncture site with the apparatus held along the living body and also allowing the accurate measurement to be performed smoothly.SOLUTION: The bodily fluid component analyzing apparatus comprises: a main body 50; a needle holder member 80 reciprocatably connected to the main body 50 along a predetermined movement path; a puncture needle 21 removably attached to the needle holder member 80; and a test strip 10 removably attached to the main body 50 and used for measuring the components of the bodily fluid drained out from a site of the living body into which the needle 21 has been punctured. The movement path of the needle holder member 80 and a bodily fluid inlet port 17 of the test strip 10 face a specific position P1 at which the puncture site of the living body is to be placed around the main body 50.
