The device has a case (12) presenting an input opening (13) connected to a base of a hopper (11). An output opening (14) is arranged in the device along with a grooved rotary cam shaft (15) for distributing a set of particles e.g. manure. A closing unit (16) is arranged for partially closing the input opening to define two working positions (P2) such as a total release position of the input opening, and a partial release position of the input opening. A partial closing unit is retracted in the total release position and is provided with active agents extending above an agitator (17).L'invention concerne un dispositif de dosage et de distribution de particules pour machine agricole, comprenant un boîtier présentant : une ouverture d'entrée connectée à la base d'une trémie, une ouverture de sortie, un arbre de distribution rotatif cannelé distribuant lesdites particules vers ladite ouverture de sortie.
