A method for producing a library of small interfering RNA (siRNA), which involves the synthesis of a plurality of RNA molecules, wherein each RNA molecule comprises (a) a seed sequence containing random nucleotides and nezatravochnuyu sequence comprising certain nucleotides or (b) seed sequence comprising nucleotides specific to one or more miRNA seed sequence of the target organism or organisms related to the organism of target and nezatravochnuyu sequence comprising certain nukleotidy.2. The method of claim 1, wherein the synthesis involves the development in silico.3. A method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein each RNA molecule of the plurality of RNA molecules comprises at least about 17-19 nucleotides, and wherein the seed comprises a sequence 6-8 nukleotidov.4. A method according to claim 3, wherein each of the plurality of RNA molecules the RNA molecule comprises 21 nucleotides wherein the seed sequence comprises nucleotides occupying position 2-8 of the RNA molecule, and wherein nezatravochnaya sequence comprises nucleotides occupying positions 1 and 9-21 molecules RNK.5 .
