To provide an aerosol composition for external preparation for skin and an aerosol agent for external preparation for skin in which deposition of formulation ingredients is suppressed and stability of the preparation is improved thereby.
SOLUTION: The inventors found that deposition of ingredients are suppressed by packing a propellent containing &ge 50 wt.% dimethyl ether into a nonaqueous stock solution containing a phospholipid and a 2-5C aliphatic alcohol.
