The movable part is installed behind the housing and can move in an axial direction of the housing. The needle is integrally formed with the movable part. The cap forms a liquid acceptor(32) by being combined with a front side of the housing and comprises an inlet(30a) for enabling the needle to enter in and out. According to the movement of the movable part, negative pressure is formed inside the end part of the front side of the housing.
