To provide a detergent having low irritation to skin and hair and high foaming POWER, good foam quality and foam lasting and an excellent feeling of use and usability.
SOLUTION: The detergent comprises (a) 0.1-30 mass% of a specific polyalkyl glucoside derivative [e.g poly (sodium lauryl glucoside hydroxypropylsulfonate) or poly (sodium lauryl glucoside hydroxypropylphosphate)] and (b) 3-50 mass% of a specified polyglycerol monofatty acid ester with &ge 70% monoesterification ratio.
