PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid matter-containing beverage providing firm texture without clogging a solid matter and good in flavor even when the solid matter such as nata de coco is drunk through a straw or a spout.SOLUTION: There are provided a solid matter-containing packaged beverage capable of being drunk via a cylindrical drinking window where 90 mass% or more of the total solid matter contained in the beverage has long side of 5 mm to 35 mm, short side of 2 mm to 24 mm and thickness of 10% thickness to 90% thickness of the short side and is flat long sized shape polygon with ratio of the long side to the short side [long side/short side] of 1.7 to 7.0, a manufacturing method therefor and a texture improvement method of the solid matter-containing packaged beverage.SELECTED DRAWING: None
