SOLUTION: In a plunger lock adapter 100 attached to a syringe 10, a coupling portion 2 coupled to a plunger 11 of the syringe 10 and a tubular portion 15 of the syringe 10 are rotated with respect to an axial core A of the plunger 11. At that time, the finger flanges 14 and 14 of the syringe 10 were hooked to have a hooking portion 4 for restricting the sliding of the tubular portion 15 with respect to the plunger 11.
