The present disclosure provides stable and nontoxic antioxidant formulation comprising synergistic combination of Coenzyme Q10 with other ingredients. In an embodiment other ingredients to be combined with Coenzyme Q10 are Green Tea Extract, Resveratrol, Grapeseed Extract and one or more natural Carotenoids. In formulations according to different embodiments of the present disclosure, piperine is used as bioavailability enhancing ingredient in the antioxidant formulation. Formulations in accordance with different embodiments of the present disclosure show improved antioxidant capacity when it is assayed by ORAC test.
