PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath device and a bath system, capable of reducing burden on a user and a care-taker.SOLUTION: A bath device 1 includes: a housing part 11 capable of housing therein mobile standing posture holding equipment 2 a casing part 12 hot water supply pipes 13A to 13C and a hand shower part 14. A side wall part 112A and a side wall part 112B are connected on sides thereof in a vertical direction, and a movable part 11B rotates and opens/closes with respect to a fixed part 11A around a support shaft (around a vertical shaft), which is the connected part.
