The present invention relates to a powder-type cosmetic composition for blocking ultraviolet rays, which contains a combination of an inorganic UV blocking agent and specific components while not substantially containing an organic UV blocking agent to have excellent effect for blocking ultraviolet rays and feeling of use. More specifically, the powder-type cosmetic composition for blocking ultraviolet rays of the present invention comprises: titanium dioxide grown to have an average diameter of 300 to 900 nm and coated with lauroyl lysine by using silica as a binder； zinc oxide coated with stearic acid to have an average diameter of 200 to 800 nm； starch； silica； caprylic/capric triglyceride； and glyceryl caprylate. The composition according to the present invention has no stimulus on skin and white turbidity, and has excellent formulation stability. Also, the composition has very excellent application onto skin and bleaming effect. In addition, the composition according to the present invention has 50 and greater sun protection factor (SPF), and +++ level of protection factor of UV-A (PA), thereby having a specifically excellent ultraviolet rays blockage effect.본 발명은 유기자외선차단제를 실질적으로 포함하지 않으면서 무기자외선차단제 및 특정 성분의 조합을 포함하여 자외선 차단 효과 및 사용감이 우수한 자외선 차단 분백류 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 결합제로 실리카를 사용하여 평균입경 300~900nm로 성장되고 라우로일라이신으로 피복된 티타늄디옥사이드, 스테아릭애씨드로 피복된 평균입경이 200~800nm인 징크옥사이드, 전분, 실리카, 카프릴릭/카프릭트리글리세라이드, 및 글리세릴카프릴레이트를 포함하는 자외선 차단 분백류 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 피부자극 및 백탁현상이 없고 제형 안정성이 우수하며 발림성 및 블리밍 효과도 매우 우수하다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 자외선차단지수(SPF)가 50 이상이며, 자외선 A 차단등급(PA)이 +++로 자외선 차단 효과가 현저하게 우수하다.
