The present disclosure provides a sensing device including an ultrasonic sensor configured for transmitting ultrasonic waves to an object to be measured, receiving ultrasonic waves reflected by the measured object, and converting the reflected ultrasonic waves to a sensing signal. The sensing device includes electrocardiogram electrodes. The sensing device of the present disclosure can not only measure blood flow, the elasticity of blood vessel, and cardiac contractility of the measured object, but also measure electrocardiogram.
