The ratchet wheel has a mounting part and a plurality of teeth. The mounting part is configured to be mounted onto the first component. The teeth are radially disposed on one of an outer peripheral portion of the mounting part and an inner peripheral portion of the mounting part. The teeth extend from the one of the outer and inner peripheral portions.
