PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide therapeutic agents for diseases associated with skeletal muscle degeneration, particularly muscular dystrophy, and to provide administration methods thereof.SOLUTION: The invention provides a therapeutic agent containing a granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) as an active ingredient.
