PURPOSE: A medium for culturing microorganisms containing citrus rind extract or Opuntia humifusa stems or fruits is provided to ensure antibacterial effect against plant pathogen. CONSTITUTION: A medium for culturing microorganism contains citrus rind extract, Opuntia humifusa stems or fruits as an active ingredient. The microorganism includes Bacillus species including Bacillus subtilis or Bacillus amyloliquiefaceiens. A method for manufacturing natural antagonistic materials against plant pathogen comprises: a step of preparing the medium containing the citrus rind extract, Opuntia humifusa stems or fruits； a step of culturing the microorganism in the medium； a step of centrifuging the culture liquid to obtain supernatant； and a step of filtering supernatant to completely remove microorganism.본 발명은 감귤껍질 추출물, 천연초 줄기 및 천연초 열매로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 유효성분으로 포함하는 미생물 배양배지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 미생물 배양배지는 저렴하고 쉽게 구입할 수 있는 천연소재만을 사용한 친환경 천연배지로서, 이를 이용하여 미생물을 생육하는 경우 일반 시중에서 판매되는 고가의 합성배지와 비교하여 미생물의 생육이 동등하거나 그 이상으로 생육되는 효과가 있다. 또한 본 발명의 배지에서 미생물을 배양할 경우 미생물은 식물 병원균에 대하여 항균효과가 뛰어난 천연길항물질을 생산할 수 있기 때문에, 본 발명의 배지는 생물농약의 대량 생산용 배지로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
