The present invention relates to a peptide having cancer selective translocation function and use thereof, and more particularly to a VPTD (VEGF binding protein transduction domain) peptide indicated by sequence no. 1 or a HPTD (Heparin binding protein transduction domain) peptide indicated by sequence no. 2 selectively combining with VEGF and heparin uniquely over-distributed in a cancer cell or a cancer tissue, and to a complex obtained by combining the peptide with a drug. A cancer selective translocation peptide and peptide-drug according to the present invention can selectively combine with and be accumulated in a cancer cell or cancer tissue, and therefore be used for correctly diagnosing and treating a cancer as well as preventing the peptide or complex dosed from being nonspecifically distributed in the body, thus minimizing the side effects produced in the body.La présente invention concerne un peptide à fonction de translocation sélective de cancer et son utilisation. En particulier, linvention concerne un peptide VPTD (domaine de transduction des protéines de liaison au VEGF) représenté par la séquence no. 1 ou un peptide HPTD (domaine de transduction des protéines de liaison à lhéparine) représenté par la séquence no. 2, se combinant sélectivement avec le VEGF et lhéparine uniquement sur-distribué dans une cellule cancéreuse ou un tissu cancéreux, et un complexe obtenu par la combinaison du peptide avec un médicament.
