PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrocardiogram analyzer and an electrode set that can reduce an influence of noise due to pressure on a breast bone by applying efficient analysis processing to a target electrocardiogram while putting pressure on the breast bone.SOLUTION: An electrocardiogram analyzer comprises: an electrocardiogram measuring electrode 11 for measuring an electrocardiogram； a noise measuring electrode 12 for measuring noise； measuring parts 21, 22 and 23 for measuring both an electrocardiogram signal measured by the electrocardiogram measuring electrode 11 and a noise signal measured by the noise measuring electrode 12； and a breast-bone-pressing-noise removal processing part 27 for extracting a noise-removed electrocardiogram with the noise removed by analyzing the measured electrocardiogram signal and noise signal.【課題】対象とする胸骨圧迫中の心電図に対して有効な解析処理を行なうことにより、胸骨圧迫によるノイズの影響を低減することができる心電図解析装置および電極セットを提供する。【解決手段】心電図を測定するための心電図測定電極１１と、ノイズを測定するためのノイズ測定電極１２と、心電図測定電極１１によって測定された心電図信号とノイズ測定電極１２によって測定されたノイズ信号を計測する計測部２１、２２、２３と、計測された心電図信号とノイズ信号を分析することによりノイズを除去したノイズ除去心電図を抽出する胸骨圧迫ノイズ除去処理部２７とを備える。【選択図】図１
