PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye speculum which can effectively suppress the incidence of endophthalmitis.SOLUTION: An eye speculum 1 includes an arm part 2 and a plurality of eyelid pressing parts 3 which are respectively provided on both ends of the arm part and catch an upper eyelid and a lower eyelid respectively. The eye speculum includes a medicine accumulating part 33 having an opening C on at least one of the plurality of eyelid pressing parts. The opening is a part of a recessed part, and a medicine flows into the recessed part from the opening.
