The apparatus for manufacturing a soft circular gel of the present invention comprises: an input unit for supplying a raw material solution for manufacturing a soft circular gel a reaction unit positioned at a lower portion of the input unit, and storing a coagulant for coagulating the raw material solution in a soft circular gel form by reacting with the raw material solution and a filtering unit for separating the soft circular gel produced in the reaction unit from the coagulant.
