A rotating atomizer device that allows the correction of eventual separations that the random variations (of climatic and/or environmental nature) may cause in the final result of the phytosanitary treatment so that the application of the chemical products is done completely in agreement with what has been prescribed by the agronomic professional, this way achieving a greater efficiency of the phytosanitary spraying process. The technical information generated by the manufacturers of the agrochemical products regarding the physical characteristics of the phytosanitary chemicals； the information regarding wind speed and direction, ambient humidity and temperature generated by a meteorological center and mounted in the spraying vehicle； the information regarding the geo referential position, the speed and direction of the vehicle generated by a GPS type device mounted in the spraying vehicle； the information generated by the acceleration and magnetic field sensors, gyroscopes, flowmeters, spray liquid temperature sensors, rotation speed of plates sensor, magnetic analogic sensors for measuring angular positions, barrier optical sensors, current and voltage sensors of each of the rotating atomizer devices； the information in databases referred to the behavior of agrochemicals and of their emulsions with each other and with water, that is: surface tension, viscosity and density and their variations with temperature； all this information processed with the corresponding algorithms shall determine the position of the cogwheel so that it establishes the flow and rotation seed that produce the hectare flow and the drop size prescribed by the agronomic professional.La présente invention concerne un dispositif atomiseur rotatif qui permet de corriger des séparations éventuelles que les variations aléatoires (de nature climatique et/ou environnementale) peuvent causer dans le résultat final du traitement phytosanitaire de sorte que l'application des produits chimiques soit eff
