The present invention relates to an automated seeding culture facility using a greenhouse. In particular, the present invention provides the automated facility which includes main components comprising a pair of right and left rails (10, 10′), a management space (20), the seeding trays (30), a shuttle (40), a growth management unit (50), and a control unit (60), such manual labor including growth inspection, weeding, and picking buds and leaves may be performed in parallel by securing the management space inside the automated facility.본 발명은 온실을 이용한 자동화 육묘시설에 관련되며, 이때 온실을 이용한 자동화 육묘시설은 온실 내에 육묘트레이를 순환형으로 구성하면서 각 육묘트레이별 색인번호를 부여하여 육묘품종별 일조량, 수분, 영양소 공급 및 해충방제를 개별관리하므로 단일의 육묘시설에서 다품종 육묘 재배가 가능하고, 특히 자동화 시설 내에 관리공간을 확보하여 생육검사, 제초작업, 곁순 및 잎 따기를 포함하는 수작업이 병행가능하도록 하기 위해 한 쌍의 좌,우측레일(10)(10'), 관리공간(20), 육묘트레이(30), 셔틀(40), 생육관리부(50), 제어부(60)를 포함하여 주요구성으로 이루어진다.
