PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purification wall surface greening device of which total weight and size can be reduced, of which manufacturing cost can be suppressed, in which uneven aeration hardly happens, and which is suitable for being installed in a room.SOLUTION: An air purification wall surface greening device comprises: a greening surface formation member 1 which has a lamination structure enabling ventilation； and a ventilation layer formation member 2 in which a ventilation layer 16 arranged in a back face of the greening surface formation member 1 is formed to guide ventilated air passing through the greening surface formation member 1 to be purified. The greening surface formation member 1 includes: both or one of a support medium 5 and a support layer 6 having water guiding properties； a water holding layer 6 which holds water by being put over a surface of a front side member that is the support medium 5 or the support layer 6； and a surface layer 9 with a plant 30 to be grown is arranged on a surface thereof.
