According to the present invention, there is provided a cell transplant kit comprising: a first bag-like structure composed of a membrane having holes with an average hole diameter of 0.2 mm or less； and a plurality of second bag-like structures having an average major axis larger than the average hole diameter of the holes of the first bag-like structure, wherein at least some of the plurality of second bag-like structures contain cells. According to the present invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing a bag-like structure used in the cell transplant kit.
