PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric toothbrush which has chemical resistance, bending elasticity, abrasion resistance and excellent flowability, enabling bringing a fixing structure at a base end side of a replaceable brush handle not to a separate molding but an integrated molding with a handle body, capable of avoiding abrasion of a case at an electric toothbrush body side, making a pattern of a replaceable brush have transparent or translucent light permeability, and further increased in design freedom of the shape.SOLUTION: A fixing structure of a base end part of a replaceable brush pattern, and a handle body part are configured of an integrated molding having transparent or translucent light permeability by using a polyethylene terephthalate-based resin having an IV value (inherent viscosity) of 0.58 or more and 0.67 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】耐薬性や曲げ弾性、耐磨耗性を備えるとともに優れた流動性をも備え、替えブラシの柄の基端側の取付構造を別体成形品ではなく柄本体部との一体成形品とすることができ、且つ電動歯ブラシ本体側のケースの磨耗も避けることができ、替えブラシの柄を透明又は半透明な光透過性を有するものにすることができ、さらには形状の設計自由度をより高めることもできる電動歯ブラシを提供せんとする。【解決手段】替えブラシの柄の基端部の取付構造と柄本体部とが、IV値(固有粘度)が0.58以上0.67以下であるポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂を用いた透明又は半透明な光透過性を有する一体成形品より構成される。【選択図】図1
