A structure (4) for packaging containers for pharmaceutical use (20) comprising: • a support plane (12) fitted with a plurality of seats (16) for housing containers for pharmaceutical use (20), the seats (16) having main extension axes (X-X), parallel to each other, • the seats (16) being delimited by perimeter walls (24) which project from the support plane (12) towards a top side (28) of the structure (4). Advantageously, on the side of a top face (44) of the seats (16), intended to receive in abutment an undercut element (48) of said containers (20), a raised perimeter (52) of each seat (16) is provided to delimit and surround at least partially an annular pocket (56), enlarged with respect to the seat (16) and intended to receive in abutment the undercut element (48) of said containers for pharmaceutical use (20).
