PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid dose composition comprising at least one pharmaceutically active ingredient and at least one controlled release agent, and a method of manufacturing the composition.SOLUTION: In the solid dose composition, the burst profile of at least one pharmaceutically active ingredient in the composition is regulated by the apparent viscosity of the controlled release agent, and at least one pharmaceutically active ingredient is processed by wet granulation.
