The present invention relates to a ground-based composition for turfgrass lawn preparation and a grass planting method for a golf course or a playground having excellent drainage and tremor resistance using the same. The soil composition of the present invention is composed of an eco-friendly material containing 1-25% by weight of coco peat, 1-25% by weight of a porous volcanic stone, and 0.05-5% by weight of a biodegradable polymer. The topsoil composition of the present invention not only has resistance to tamping and drainage suitable for athletic fields or golf courses, but also has an appropriate ratio with the soil that has been excavated in the area where the turf will be planted (for example, about 5-20 Vol.%).
