PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick adaptable to gait disturbance from the initial stage to the middle stage thereof.
SOLUTION: The stick 20 is a walking stick to be used by grounding one end of a long bar shape member, and includes: a main body 25 composed of the bar shape member a grounding part 24 arranged at one end of the main body and a grip part 23 for gripping the main body by a user. The grip part is provided with: a first grip part 21 extending in the direction almost orthogonal to the extending direction of the main body and a second grip part 22 arranged in the upper part of the first grip part and almost extending on the extension of the body.
