It is possible to prevent sea water from spreading in accordance with the injection of high-pressure water through an injection unit, only target organisms to be removed, that is, geniculate and crustose corallines are removed, it is possible to protect adjacent leaflike seaweeds, it is possible to improve workability based on securing visibility, it is possible to prevent sliding at the time of working on an inclined surface of rock, and it is possible to rapidly perform the work.
