A syringe infusion pump comprises a housing, to which a syringe with a plunger is fastened, a plunger pusher driven by a motor, and also a power supply unit, and a control unit consisting of a processor, a control panel and a display for showing infusion parameters. The syringe infusion pump is equipped with a clamp rod positioned perpendicular to the syringe. A movable clamp is mounted at the upper end of the rod, and a slider is mounted at the lower end of the rod, said slider being connected to a movable shank of a potentiometer that sends a signal to the control unit via a bus. The pusher of the syringe plunger is fastened to a threaded shaft. The threaded shaft has a motor revolution counter mounted thereon, which comprises a disc-shaped diaphragm with radial slots, said diaphragm rotating on the shaft. The diaphragm is disposed between a light emitting diode and a phototransistor in order to control the passage of a beam of light. The technical effect is an increase in the convenience and simplicity of a procedure for administering drugs when providing emergency medical treatment.Le doseur de médicaments à seringue comprend un corps sur lequel est fixé une seringue avec un piston, un poussoir de piston mis en mouvement par un moteur, ainsi qu'une unité d'alimentation et une unité de commande constituée d'un processeur, d'un panneau de commande et d'un afficheur destiné à afficher les paramètres de la perfusion. Sur l'arbre fileté on a monté un compteur de tours du moteur qui inclut un diaphragme à disque faisant des rotations sur celui-ci et comportant des fentes radiales.
