The process for treating a surface of a fluid product distribution device, comprises modifying a surface to be treated by ionic implantation using multicharged and multi-energy ion beam. The modified surface has anti-friction properties that reduce the interactions with the fluid product and/or reduce adhesion of product on surface to be treated. The ion beam is created by an electron cyclotron resonance source. The surface to be treated is made of a synthetic material. The ionic implantation is carried out at a depth of 0-3 mu m. The distribution device comprises a reservoir.
